Since 1998, at Chilaquiles Aldama chilaquiles are the starting point. There are classics, original combinations and 9 sauces to find a different favorite on each visit. The moment worth seeing (and recording) is when they arrive at the table, the chilaquiles are bathed when served, so the craving starts right there. San Isidro is our largest branch and the only two-story one. It's a place to come with family, meet up with friends, watch the game on screen, stay for a long after-meal chat or go upstairs to celebrate a birthday, baby shower or gender reveal. Some weekends, the visit is also accompanied by live music. Besides chilaquiles, there are breakfasts, appetizers, afternoon dishes, coffee and beverages. And from Monday to Friday, Happy Lunch makes the afternoon a plan: from 1:00 p.m. to closing, Monday to Thursday there's 2x1 on all special chilaquiles and Fridays 2x1 on all beers.
