About us Santa
Terraza Santa Birria is a gastronomic space in Toluca where tradition, flavor and togetherness come together to create a unique experience. Our specialty is birria made through a slow cooking process of more than 12 hours, allowing each cut to achieve the texture, juiciness and depth of flavor that distinguishes us. We offer tacos, quesabirrias, consomé and house specialties prepared to order, accompanied by beverages and cocktails in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our open-air terrace has been designed to enjoy with family, friends or as a couple, creating memorable moments around excellent food. More than a restaurant, we seek to offer an authentic experience where the quality of ingredients, attention to detail and passion for Mexican cuisine are reflected in every dish that reaches the table. At Terraza Santa Birria we believe that good food deserves to be shared, photographed and recommended.
